About Me
I am a student at Northwest Vista College pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Cloud Computing, graduating in June 2026. I am passionate about the Cloud, and I have gained hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Web Services through coursework, Certifications and personal projects. I am eager to apply my skills in a professional setting and contribute to innovative cloud solutions, with the goal of becoming a cloud architect or systems engineer after graduation.
Work Experience
- Processes requests for reservations of library materials and enters data into the library's automated system.
- Attends to the circulation needs of library patrons, including checking materials in and out and resolving patron complaints regarding overdue items, fines and other circulation matters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with library equipment, including self-checkout stations, public computers, printers, scanners, and e-book readers.
- Assist patrons in navigating the library’s website, mobile app, and other digital services.
- Monitor the operation of automated library systems, ensuring accuracy and functionality of RFID tags, barcode scanners, and self-service kiosks.
- Provided expert-level customer service in the electronics department, specializing in technology products including smartphones, laptops, smart home devices, gaming consoles, and accessories.
